The project "Music from the Elements" is not your typical music album; its tracks have been created in a state of meditation, improvising during sessions inspired by the four essential elements (water, air, fire, and earth). The first piece was composed in 2008 and has been recorded between the beaches of Huelva (Mazagón) and London. I have been personally using them for years to relax and as an aid for falling asleep. The final product has been recorded in HiRes Audio and immersive 360º audio with headphones, which is why it is only available on a USB drive and as a digital download. It has also been recorded with the tuning frequency of 432 Hz, which is believed to be the vibration of the universe, somehow affecting the human being when listened to.
